The Regional Government, through Resolution no. 182/2026, has authorized MPE - Madeira Parques Empresariais, Sociedade Gestora, S.A. to proceed with the sale of Plot no. 3 of the Ribeira Brava Business Park.
The land, intended for construction, is located in the area of Monte Gordo and Boa Morte, in the parish and municipality of Ribeira Brava, has an area of 981 m² and a property value of €41,202.65. The measure aims to foster business investment and job creation in the region.
