Regional Government renews lease for Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital outpatient clinic
Through Ordinance no. 170/2026, the Regional Government of Madeira formalized the amendment and redistribution of the budgetary charges necessary for the renewal of the urban lease agreement for non-residential purposes, concluded with the company CPE - Companhia de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A.
The contract, which has been in effect since 2011, concerns the space located at elevation 97, with an area of 2700 m2, in the building known as the Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital Support Center, which is essential for the operation of the Outpatient Clinic. The renewal covers a period of 4 years, with a total base price of €373,142.05, exempt from VAT.
The redistribution of budgetary charges by the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (SESARAM, EPERAM) was set as follows:
- Financial Year 2024: €118,500.51
- Financial Year 2025: €124,305.50
- Financial Year 2026: €127,157.11
- Financial Year 2027: €3,178.93
